NIH CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS (SB)
The CIO-SP3 Small Business (SB) contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. CIO-SP3 SB is administered by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) as an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract and available for use by all government departments and agencies through the issuance of task orders. The focus of this contract is to provide to government agencies a mechanism for streamlined ordering of required IT solutions and services at equitable and reasonable prices.
SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS
Through the SDVOSB program our customers can set-aside and even direct award their requirements to AVER as a verified SDVOSB. Recent legislation has made it easier and more streamlined to sole-source an award to SDVOSB firms for up to four million ($4M) dollars. OASIS is a multiple award IDIQ contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. The core disciplines of the contract include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services. Direct awards can be made to 8(a), HUBZone, and SDVOSB firms.
GSA IT 70
IT Schedule 70 offers Federal, state and local governments innovative solutions to their information technology needs. IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the Federal Government. Schedule 70 is an IDIQ multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products and services.
GSA PSS
The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) enables Federal agencies to procure a wide variety of professional services using a single Schedule contract. Formerly Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS).
